building a gym
Right now, I have in my possession:
1 mop stick
1 pair 3 pound hand weights
With this, I will design a small workout routine. I was thinking of tying some weight to both ends of the "bar" and lifting it. Actually, I was thinking of taking some tote bags or something, and add weight like that, using cans of the same size. As for the hand weights, I planned on using them to add weight to a small cardio boxing workout.
It's not much, but it sure is a start.
